Claude Team setup

We set up Claude Team so your whole team works the same way

For owners and operators of 2–150 person companies who've bought Claude Team seats. We set up the shared Projects, skills, connectors and controls, so everyone gets the same reliable results and client data stays where you want it.

The problem

Everyone uses Claude differently

You bought the seats. Now everyone uses Claude their own way, nothing adds up to a workflow, and nobody has locked down which connectors or plugins people can turn on. You pay for seats that sit idle, and client data ends up wherever someone pasted it.

Anthropic's Claude for Small Business(opens in a new tab) ships with 15 ready-to-run workflows. We treat it as a starting point and configure it for each client. The difference is what we add: your processes, voice and guardrails, set up once so the whole team works the same way, with controls an owner can trust.

Systems we've built

A few systems we've built for clients. We keep client names private.

  • Shared Claude setup for a consumer brand

A team of about 25 working from one setup, with a brand plugin, a reporting dashboard, and a Slack approval step.

  • MLS data sync rebuild

    A 10,000-record run went from 35–85 minutes to 5–8.

  • Merchandise automation rebuild

We moved a merchandise company's automation off n8n, with run monitoring and nightly reconciliation.

How it works

From first call to a working setup

  1. Book a free call

Pick a 30-minute slot. We ask how many seats you have, who uses Claude for what, and which tools it should reach. No pitch.

  2. Review the plan

If the diagnostic is worth it, you get a written setup plan in about 3 days. You check it against its acceptance criteria before anything changes in your org.

  3. Sign off on the setup

We build what the plan lists and walk your team through it. You sign off against the same acceptance criteria.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the diagnostic include?

The Claude Team Setup Diagnostic is a fixed price we quote on the free call, and takes about 3 days. You get a seat plan, a security and admin review, a map of the 3–5 processes most worth handing to Claude, and a written setup plan with acceptance criteria. If the plan misses them, we revise it for free.

Do we need Premium seats?

Usually not for everyone. We look at how each person actually works, then recommend who gets Standard, who gets Premium, and whether usage credits with per-person caps make sense. That seat plan is part of the diagnostic, so you stop paying for capacity nobody uses.

Can you work with our existing Claude Team?

Yes. We start from the setup you have. We review what's in place today, keep what works, and fix what doesn't: seat mix, connectors, plugin and skill policy, and shared Projects. You don't need to start over or switch plans to work with us.

Is our data safe?

We set it up so you decide. We turn on only the connectors you approve, set tools that send email or change files to Needs approval, and keep org-wide publishing behind review. The security and control section on this page lists each control we set, with links to Anthropic's own sources.

Do you need admin access?

For setup, yes. We change org settings, connectors and plugin policy, so we ask for admin access while we work, and you remove it when we finish. For the diagnostic, we can work from a screen share with your admin instead.

What if we need Enterprise?

The diagnostic checks for that. If your compliance or admin needs point to Enterprise rather than Team, we tell you before you spend anything on setup, and we plan the setup for Enterprise instead. You get a straight answer either way.

How long does setup take?

It depends on your team size and how many processes we write skills for, so we quote it after the diagnostic. The written setup plan lists each step and its acceptance criteria, which fixes the scope and timeline before setup starts. The diagnostic itself takes about 3 days.

What does ongoing support cover?

Ongoing support is a monthly retainer scoped to your team. It covers about 5 hours a week of new skills and automations, monitoring of the routines we've set up, and office hours for your team's questions. It's for teams that want their Claude setup to keep growing after the first rollout.
