By accessing or using WotAI's consulting services, platform, or resources ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). It's like a digital handshake, but with more legal weight.

If you're using this service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. No going rogue here.

WotAI is an n8n Certified Expert Partner providing AI automation consulting, workflow development, and technical implementation services. Our focus is on building production-grade automation that actually ships.

Our consulting services are tailored to your specific needs. Each engagement begins with a discovery call to understand your requirements and define clear scope and deliverables.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and providing accurate information about your technical environment and requirements.

Workflows and automations deploy to YOUR infrastructure - your n8n instance, your systems, your data. You maintain full ownership and control.

We don't keep copies, backups, or caches of your deployed configurations after project completion. Your credentials and data are handled securely and never stored in our databases.

Use our services responsibly. Don't try to break them, abuse them, or use them for anything illegal or harmful. We're building great automation solutions - let's keep it that way.

Specifically, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our services
• Use the services for illegal activities or to spam
• Misrepresent your organization or requirements
• Share confidential project details without consent
• Use fake or fraudulent payment information
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

Payment terms are defined in individual project proposals. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Standard terms include a deposit to begin work with final payment due upon completion.

Custom workflows and automations developed for your project are yours to use, modify, and extend as needed. We retain no ownership of work delivered to your infrastructure.

Our general methodologies, templates, and pre-existing tools remain WotAI intellectual property but are licensed for your use as part of delivered projects.

All WotAI content, trademarks, logos, and software remain the property of WotAI.

We strive to deliver work on agreed timelines, but project complexity and scope changes may affect delivery dates. We'll communicate proactively about any delays.

Our website and online resources may occasionally require maintenance. Critical project communications will always be sent via email.

We provide consulting services to help you succeed, but we can't be responsible for everything that might go wrong in your specific environment.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOTAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Work completed up to termination will be delivered and billed accordingly.

Any automations already deployed to your infrastructure remain yours regardless of project status.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Major changes affecting active projects will be communicated directly via email.

We work hard to deliver reliable solutions, but let's be honest about what "best effort" means and what you should expect.

By using our services, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to use the services at your own risk. We're committed to transparency and will always do our best to help you succeed.
