We believe legal documents should be readable by humans, not just lawyers. Here are the ground rules for using WotAI's platform and services.

TL;DR - The Important Bits

Fair & Transparent

No hidden fees, no tricks. Community membership includes ECHO access and support.

Privacy Matters

Your data, your infrastructure. We take privacy seriously and protect your information.

Community First

Built for marketers, by marketers. Join a community that builds together.

1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WotAI's platform, services, or community ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). It's like a digital handshake, but with more legal weight.

If you're using this service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. No going rogue here.

2

4

Your Data & Privacy

ECHO workflows deploy to YOUR infrastructure - your NocoDB instance, your n8n instance, your data. You maintain full ownership and control.

We don't keep copies, backups, or caches of your deployed configurations. Your credentials and data are handled securely and never stored in our databases.

Privacy Commitment:

We take privacy seriously. Your infrastructure credentials are used only during deployment and never touch our databases. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5

Acceptable Use

Use our services responsibly. Don't try to break them, abuse them, or use them for anything illegal or harmful. We're building something awesome for the community - let's keep it that way.

Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our services
  • Use the services for illegal activities or to spam
  • Share your membership benefits with non-members
  • Overwhelm our systems with excessive requests
  • Use fake or fraudulent membership credentials
  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
6

Payment & Billing

Community memberships are billed monthly, annually, or as a one-time lifetime payment depending on your chosen tier. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Membership fees include ECHO access, deployment credits, community support, and weekly workshops. Additional deployment credits can be purchased as needed.

Refund Policy:

Single Deployments ($499): All sales are final. Once we deploy your ECHO system, the deployment is permanent in YOUR infrastructure. We cannot "un-deploy" or retrieve the workflows, tables, and configurations we've created. No refunds are offered for completed deployments.

Community Memberships: Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime. Annual and lifetime memberships are non-refundable after the first 30 days.

What we CAN do: If there's a technical issue with your deployment or service access, we'll work with you to fix it or provide an additional deployment credit to try again.

7

Intellectual Property

The ECHO workflows are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) by WotAI, Wayne Ergle, and Jason Guest.

You can distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon ECHO workflows, even commercially. If you modify them, you must license your modifications under identical CC BY-SA 4.0 terms and give proper attribution.

All other WotAI content, trademarks, logos, and software remain the property of WotAI. The WotAI™ trademark is protected.

8

Service Availability

We strive to keep our services running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Sometimes servers need coffee breaks too.

We may occasionally need to take services down for maintenance, updates, or to fix things that broke in interesting ways. We'll try to give you heads up when possible through community channels.

9

Limitation of Liability

We're providing these services to help the community, but we can't be responsible for everything that might go wrong in your specific environment.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOTAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

(Sorry for the caps lock - lawyers made us do it)

10

Termination

You can cancel your membership anytime through your community account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, you'll lose access to community resources and support, but any ECHO workflows already deployed to your infrastructure remain yours.

11

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles.

12

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Major changes will be communicated through the WotAI Community channels. Continuing to use services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13

Service Disclaimers & Limitations

We work hard to make our services reliable, but let's be honest about what "best effort" means and what you should expect.

"As-Is" Service Provision:

WotAI services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We strive for high quality and reliability but cannot guarantee:

  • • 100% deployment success rate in all environments
  • • Compatibility with all custom configurations
  • • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • • Specific performance or uptime levels

Your Infrastructure, Your Responsibility:

ECHO workflows deploy to YOUR infrastructure - your NocoDB instance, your n8n instance, your data. You maintain full ownership and control, which means:

  • • The health and configuration of your environment affects deployment success
  • • You're responsible for maintaining and securing your instances
  • • We can't fix problems with your underlying infrastructure
  • • Always backup your data before deployment

Critical Safety Reminders:

  • Backup first: Always backup your existing data and configurations before deployment
  • Test environment: Deploy to test instances when possible before production
  • Review permissions: Ensure deployment credentials have appropriate (not excessive) access
  • Monitor afterwards: Verify that deployed systems work as expected in your environment
  • Secure your instances: Ongoing security is your responsibility after deployment

Third-Party Dependencies:

ECHO workflows integrate with various third-party services. We cannot control or be responsible for:

  • • Changes to NocoDB or n8n platforms
  • • AI service providers (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) availability or policy changes
  • • Third-party API outages, rate limits, or breaking changes
  • • Webhook endpoints and integration compatibility

By using our services, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to use the services at your own risk. We're committed to transparency and will always do our best to help you succeed.
