How to Deploy ECHO

In today's fast-paced digital world, automation is key to staying ahead of the curve. Whether you're looking to streamline processes, enhance productivity, or simply reduce manual tasks, deploying an integrated system like ECHO can revolutionize how you work.
In this guide, we'll walk you through the step-by-step process of deploying ECHO using the ECHO Deployer. This journey begins with choosing the right access path and culminates in a seamless deployment that sets the stage for future efficiency.
Starting Your ECHO Deployment Journey
You've taken the first step by selecting your path to access ECHO: either by joining the WotAI Community or opting for a Single Deploy. For this overview, we'll focus on using the Community login, though the Single Deploy path mirrors this process after the payment via Stripe is verified. As a member of the WotAI Community, ensure your email addresses match between your account and communication tools, as this will facilitate secure access. A login link sent to your inbox will guide you into the ECHO Deployer platform.
Navigating the Dashboard
Upon successful login, you'll find yourself in the Dashboard. This hub provides a clear view of the deployments available, along with historical data and other valuable insights. Ready to proceed? Click on the "Start New Deployment" button to initiate the process.
Configuring Deployment Settings
On the Deployment page, personalize your deployment by modifying the Deployment Name if desired. This name will help identify your set of n8n workflows and the NocoDB base to be created.
Setting Up NocoDB and n8n Instances
Begin by inserting your NocoDB Instance details. If you haven't set up NocoDB yet, a quick link to Get NocoDB Cloud is available for ease of access. Otherwise, input your NocoDB URL, Workspace ID, and API Key. For those using NocoDB self-hosted, remember to use "nc" as the workspace ID.
Mirroring this step, provide your n8n Instance information. Again, a convenient link is available for those new to n8n Cloud. Otherwise, enter the URL and API key for your n8n instance.
Preparing for Deployment
Before launching your deployment, there's one more decision to make: the creation of credential templates for third-party services. If you're equipped with your own credentials or prefer self-creation, feel free to deselect the "Create Credential templates in n8n" option. Accept the terms and hit "Start Deployment" to set the wheels in motion.
Monitoring and Completing the Deployment
Once initiated, the deployment is efficient, taking anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes to complete. After a successful deployment, you'll receive an email confirmation detailing the exact time taken—ours, for instance, completed in 61 seconds.
In n8n, you'll find 10+ workflows, each prefixed with your deployment name. Similarly, in NocoDB, the deployment name verifies the complete set of tables for the new base.
What Comes Next?
With deployment completed, you're now prepared to verify and execute each workflow within your new ECHO system. Stay tuned for the next video, where we'll dive deeper into verifying and executing these workflows for optimal results.
Deploying ECHO using the ECHO Deployer brings automation to your fingertips, empowering you to work smarter and more efficiently. Follow these steps to unlock the full potential of your systems and enjoy a streamlined workflow management experience.
